Access point
'Recruitment' is now available for Merchant to publish Job Adverts conveniently on OpenRice.
Dashboard
Click 'Recruitment' section to view Job Adverts and all applications. You'll also see today's total applications.
Side Menu
Click 'Recruitment' section to view Job Adverts and all applications.
Restaurant Job Adverts
1Click View Applications to view the full list of applicants.
2At the bottom bar, switch to see Corporate/ Restaurant Jobs.
Switch tabs to view Active, Expired and Draft of the Restaurant Job Adverts.
Active : Post is now show on the OpenRice.
Expired ： Post was shown on OpenRice in the past.
Draft ： Job Adverts that are drafted but not published and rejected will be shown here.
Applications List
See all applications according from newest to oldest.
You can filter the list by Received, Interested and Rejected, which can be marked in Application Details. (see below)
Applicants Details
View the applicants by clicking applicant’s name.
You may mark applicants as Interested or Reject for internal reference only. And these applications can be found under the filter.
Call ： Press Call button, if you wish to connect the applicants
Email ： Press Email, if you wish to send an email to the applicants
HR REMARKS
Internal notes can be written in the text box (won't be shown the applicants)
DELETE
Applications can be delete.
Application Search
Search : Click search, if you would like to search by Restaurant / Corporate Job title
Search : Click search, if you would like to search by Applicant Name
