MERCHANT APP - BOOKING OFFER
OFFER STATUS Important
In the Booking Section, restaurants can create Booking Offers to attract customers. Once a Booking Offer has been created, restaurants can view all the offers in the Offer Listing page.
To access the Offer Listings page, click "Offer" on the bottom right corner in the booking page.
Active Tab
- Offers that are currently active are displayed here
- Offers will be listed in groups based on the offer type
Expired Tab
- Offers that have already expired are displayed here and are no longer displayed on OpenRice
Draft Tab
- Offers that have not been published yet are displayed here
- Unwanted drafts can be deleted by swiping left on IOS or holding the button for a long time on Andriod
