CREATE OFFERS Important
Creating Booking Offers is a great way to attract customers! Different offers can be created for different dining times.

Booking Offer Types
Select the type of offer you want to create
Discount Offer
Offers can be cash discounts, % discounts or free dining gifts.
Retention Offer
Offers can be cash discounts or % discounts for diners to use on their next visit.
Double Dining Points
Diners can receive extra points if they attend a booking. Points can be used to redeem gifts on OpenRice.
Last Minute Offer
Maximize customers and create last minute offers that must be used within 24 hours. These are super offers that will increase the restaurant's chances of a table booking!Create Booking Offer Rules
- Mulitple types of offers can be used in conjuction with each other. For example, a restaurant can have both discounts and double points for the same booking period.
- Two different discounts cannot be used during the same booking period. Two different discounts can be active during the same dates but not the same time period.
Example: Valid Date: 1/1/2016
Period A : 9am to 12pmDiscount offer 20% + Retention offer 20%
Period B: 1 pm to 6 pmDiscount offer 50%
Period C: 7pm to 10pmDiscount offer 20% + Discount offer $100
- Language: Offers can be set in 3 different langauges (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese)
- Photo: Select an appealing photo. If no photo is selected, the restaurant's entrance photo on OpenRice will be used.
- Discount Type: Select % off, $ off, or customize your own
- Valid Dates & Time: Select the dates and times that the offer is available
- Exclude Dates & Time: Select dates and times that offer is unavailable
- Discount Title: Input an appealing title
- Content: Let users know the offer details
- T&C: Add additional T&Cs that are not already covered.
Valid Period
In the Valid/Exclude Dates & Times, you can select the specific start date, end date and the days of the week which the offers apply.

Preview Offer
Before an offer is published, you can preview it and check all fields before publishing it.
- The Retention Offer is for diners to use on their next visit
- Like discount offers, fill in all the relevant fields
- Double Dining Points will attract diners who want to accumulate points to redeem gifts through OpenRice. Users can only gain these dining points if they show up to their booking.
- Only the Valid/Excluded dates need to be set
Restaurants can also create Last Minute Offers which are offers that are only valid within 24 hours of being created. These offers will be given maximum exposure on OpenRice, hence they must have a discount of at least 25% or above.
