VIEW INBOX Important
The inbox will contain all notifications related to Bookings and Coupons. This page can be accessed from the Side Menu.
Booking
Under the Booking Tab on the Inbox page, there are 3 different message types that will be sent when diners create, cancel or edit their bookings
Message type:
- New Bookings
- Modified Bookings
- Canceled Bookings
Click on the message to view the latest booking details
Offer / Coupon
Under the Offer/ Coupon Tab on the Inbox page, there are 3 types of messages that will be sent when:
- Offer / Coupon is expiring soon
- Coupon has been approved by OpenRice
- Coupon has been rejected by OpenRice
Click on the message to view coupon/ offer details
Voucher
Under the Voucher Tab on the Inbox page, there are different types of messages that will be sent when:
- Voucher is expiring soon
- Voucher has been approved by OpenRice
- Voucher has been rejected by OpenRice
- Voucher has been voided/refunded
