CREATE COUPON
Coupon
Under the Coupon Section, restaurants can create coupons to attract diners.
These coupons need to be verified by OpenRice before they become available for diners to use. It is important to understand how to create coupons for verification.
Create Coupon
1Create a coupon by either accessing the page through the dashboard or side menu
From Dashboard shortcut
OR
From Side Menu : Coupon > Create Coupon
2Fill in all relevant fields to create the coupon, these include:
- Language: We support English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
- Discount Type (% off, $ off or “others”)
- Valid dates & time: Select the dates and times that the offer is available
- Stock & Quota: Set the limit per person or have it be unlimited
- Title: Input an appealing title!
- Content: Description for this coupon
- Terms & Conditions: Input any additional T&Cs if needed
3After all the fields have be filled, click "Preview" to double check the info and then press "Publish"
Approval
Coupons must be approved by OpenRice before diners can use them. It may take up to 3 working days to receive approval.
To view the approval status of the coupon, go to Coupon > Draft
